September 2015 | Monthly Look Ahead

For once I can skip out on my misery boat ride of endlessly crying out “WAHHHH” followed by bickering over how fast summer has flown all thanks to my hectic yet extremely productive month line up for September. Let’s just say I’ve mentally started preparing myself for a no sleep schedule and my organizational skills have drastically heightened just to ensure that I get everything done in the most efficient and perfected manner… So that was my rant and here goes my most anticipated shenanigans taking place in the month of September:

– VANCOUVER FASHION WEEK SS16 –

September_Shenanigans4

Thankfully, it falls on the very last week of September. Which really only means that I have more weeks to look into designers that are showcasing this season, figure out my blogging schedule AND go bananas on what I am going to wear and where I am going to spend my life savings. GREAAATTTTT! Shopping through my closet and pulling out possible contenders starts next week. Wish me luck lovelies; I definitely will need it 🙂

– CALENDAR GIRLS –

One of my most awaited Bollywood flicks for 2015 is releasing this September. With an entirely new star cast of complete babes, hopefully director Madhur Bhandarkar will deliver an extremely realistic story line of the rise and fall of these models who are on the quest to become the ‘IT’ calendar girls. Check out the trailer here

FIRST AND ONLY WEDDING OF 2015

September_Shenanigans1

To my pleasant surprise I’m attending only one wedding this year. Ha-ha correction; I chose to attend one wedding this year and it is of an ex co-worker of mine, who is literally the kindest human species I have ever met. I spent countless hours flipping through my ancient Indian wear attire and managed to pull something together for the day of the wedding. AND as for the reception, I picked myself up some goodies from Bombay Couture. Above is a sneak-peak of my outfit and of course I will be sharing the full looks with all of you after the wedding.

– QUANTICO –

My favorite B-town bombshell, Priyanka Chopra is making her TV debut in an FBI series – Quantico premiering this September. I’ve have been patiently anticipating this series for just 3974293493 months. Looking forward to my Sunday being more enjoyable then they already are.

– DISNEYLAND 2015 –

Super excited to re-visit the most magical place in the world, alongside my little booger – my younger brother. Our trip isn’t planned for September exactly, its more like November BUT my justification is that this is the first solo vacation/getaway that I am taking with my sibling EVER. We start planning our trip come September 🙂

– FALL WARDROBE –

No doubt Fall is my absolute favorite season of the year and I am ridiculously stoked to splurge on some essentials. Currently obsessed with a few pieces from Zara, including these booties. I may just have to make a wish list to share with all of you for next week 😉

  1. Love you blog, super creative and you have great style by the way! You should definitely check out my fashion/life blog too! I do a lot of different post and I think you’d life them 🙂

  2. Hehe! I’m super stoked … attend every season and it is always such a wonderful experience; I always have withdrawals after. I have already started sorting through my things and looking through possible contenders to style.
